Ecuadorian Black Ark Clam, locally known as «Concha Prieta», is a premium bivalve harvested sustainably from the pristine mangroves along the Pacific coast of Ecuador. Recognized for its rich flavor, high nutritional value, and freshness, it is a staple in traditional coastal cuisine and a sought-after product in international seafood markets.
